We require a credit card to hold all reservations. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover accepted.
We require a 24 hour cancellation for all services. That spot is being held just for you. We charge $15 for all appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours that we are unable to re-book, and $25 for last minute cancellations, and $60 for no shows.
Service gratuity is not included or expected in any of our treatments.
All of our therapists are well trained in their field of study and are state licensed and nationally certified. Licensure numbers are available for insurance and medical billing purposes.
While massage and body work can be an excellent preventative medicine, if you are actively ill, please wait until you are well to visit us… and feel better!
Our services are designed with your comfort in mind. With that, here are a few things to expect. You undress to your comfort level, and have drapes covering you. Our tables are heat controlled and can be adjusted at any time, and finally our therapists cater to your needs. Don’t be shy about asking for specific areas to work on, voicing requests for lighter or deeper pressure, or asking any questions that concern you and your health, and we will answer them to the best of our knowledge.
First time clients please show up five to ten minutes early to fill out our intake form. If you are visiting us for medical massage purposes please have your prescription, insurance provider information, and Longevity medical packet filled out.
For Thai massage and Shiatsu clients, please bring loose fitting clothing, or "gym clothes" for your treatment.
